This PR makes UTC the default for displaying time, both in the time slider for the profile plots, and in the timeseries plot. In the time series plot, time in seconds since start can still be selected and now displays in seconds rather than HH:MM
A start date/time parameter is added to the configuration - this defaults to the time of execution so old configurations which don't have a start time set still work (backwards compatibility). The time is formatted using ISO8601 strings. Notice that you get UTC time by adding
Zat the end, otherwise it will use the current locale.Video.Project.1.mp4
